Strategic Oversight & Management

Namat is closely managed by Nesma Holding Company, which provides strategic oversight, governance and stakeholder management for Namat’s network of tailoring centers. The team includes:

Mr. Mohamed Hammad
Executive Vice President

Mohamed Hammad is the Executive Vice President of Nesma Holding and Vice Chairman of its board of directors. He is the Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee and oversees Nesma Holding’s investments in Egypt.

Hammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt. He also received a master’s degree of Business Administration in Financial Management from Rutgers University.

Ms. Noura Alturki
Vice President

Noura Alturki is the Vice President of Nesma Holding and a member of its board of directors. She oversees internal audit and compliance, strategic human resources, and corporate social responsibility in the Nesma Group.

Alturki holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Brown University and a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford.

Ms. Rana Zumai
Executive Manager – Corporate Communication

Rana Zumai is the Executive Manager of Corporate Communication at Nesma Holding. She began her career with Nesma as a Sales Manager at Nesma Embroidery, after which she served as its General Manager for five years. She has served as a board member of the Technical College in Jeddah since 2013 and is on the Advisory Committee of the Department of Fashion and Textiles at King Abdulaziz University (KAAU).

Zumai holds a bachelor’s of Science degree from KAAU, Jeddah.

Namat’s Operations Team

Mr. Ihab Sabry
CEO

Ihab Sabry is the CEO of Namat, with over two decades of experience in the textile and embroidery sectors, having worked with international brands and companies in numerous markets including Egypt and China.

Sabry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Textiles from Helwan University, Egypt.

Mr. Hani Al-Amoudi
Operations Manager

Hani Al-Amoudi is the Operations Manager at Namat, overseeing production, operating procedures and quality management.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Production Management from the University of Science & Technology (UST), Yemen, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on retail operations from the Sikkim Manipal University (SMUDE), India.

Ms. Areej Iskander
Sales and Marketing Manager

Areej Iskander is the Sales and Marketing Manager at Namat. She joined Namat with over 15 years of experience in sales and management, having worked in international companies across different sectors.

She holds a high school degree from the Fifty Sixth Female-High School in Jeddah, along with numerous certifications in sales and communication.

Mr. Taher Mohsen
Finance Manager

Taher Mohsen is the Finance Manager at Namat. He has over 10 years of experience in the fields of accounting and budget analysis.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ain Shams University, Cairo, from the faculty of commerce.
